Our Mission
Mountain View Recycling focuses on providing exceptional and quality service to residents interested in recycling. Our goal is to increase awareness about issues within the recycling industry and be a resource to the communities we serve for environmental information. We are committed to providing affordable and high-quality recycling services to our customers.
Billing Information
We bill in advance every 3 months (quarterly) or once a year for service (your choice). Your billing cycle is determined by the date your cart is delivered. You will receive your bill shortly after you receive your cart. If you choose to cancel service, your cart will be collected on your service day one week after that date.
How your bill is sent: e-mail or mail options E-bill option: You receive your quaterly invoice via email. If you selected the "E-bill" option, be sure to check your SPAM folder in case your invoice doesn't make it to your Inbox.
To sign up for an auto-bills, select that option when paying online.

Referral Rewards Program
EARN 3 MONTHS FREE SERVICE
We are now offering a new referral rewards program for all existing and new customers. By referring our service to your friends and neighbors you can earn up to 3 FREE months of service each year.
Here's how it works:

Let others know about the recycling service.

Tell them to enter your name or address in the "Referred by" box on the sign up form when they sign up for service.
Each residential home can receive up to 3 referral credits per calendar year - 1 referral credit for 1 new paid service referral.
Not valid on past referrals or current balance due. Referred credits will be applied on the next billing cycle and constitute the last month of that billing cycle. Only one referral can be applied per quarterly billing cycle. Account must be up to date to use referral credits. Credit will only be applied once referred customer submits their payment.
2011 Holiday Schedule
We will be providing service on Thanksgiving.
You will received notice prior to holidays as a reminder. Schedule may be adjusted as needed prior to other holidays.
Bulk Pick-Up
Bulk pick-up is included in our service at no extra charge. Please email us to schedule arrange a time.
